About The Position

The Construction Intern will support the Construction team in day-to-day job site operations and project execution. This role provides hands-on experience in high-end residential construction, site coordination, and craftsmanship standards. The intern will assist with a variety of field tasks while learning industry best practices and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. This position is ideal for a motivated individual seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-end residential construction environment.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of construction practices
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment (OSHA knowledge a plus)
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites
• Eagerness to learn high-end residential building standards and craftsmanship
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions carefully
• Attention to detail and respect for quality workmanship
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Responsibilities

• Assist with general job site tasks to support construction team needs
• Participate in site activities to gain exposure to residential construction processes
• Support team members with a wide range of assignments as directed

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assignments and progress
