About The Position
The Construction Intern will support field and office operations while gaining hands-on experience in the civil construction industry. This role provides exposure to the full project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, execution, and closeout, while working alongside Project Managers, Estimators, and Field Leadership.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of construction is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support daily job site operations and coordination
- Assist with project documentation and progress tracking
- Participate in safety meetings and follow company safety standards
- Support project management and estimating activities
- Collaborate with field leadership and office staff
