About The Position
Under general supervision, monitors, inspects and provides project management services for all phases of City construction projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, ordinances, standards of quality, standards of safety, and contract specifications. Surveys construction sites as required; responds to public inquiries and complaints regarding construction and other field activities. Performs related work as required. The incumbent must be able to perform specialized tasks in a highly independent manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible construction inspection experience.
- Valid state driver's license.

- Associate degree in engineering technology, drafting or related field desired.
