About The Position
SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to provide full-time on-site inspection services for a pump station replacement project in Amenia, NY. This is a contract position running approximately 4 months with up to 640 hours of on-site work.
Requirements
- Experience in construction inspection, pump station or water infrastructure experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with daily reporting, RFIs, and submittals
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Must be local to or willing to work from the Hudson Valley/Dutchess County area

Responsibilities
- Observe and document on-site construction activities to ensure conformance with contract documents
- Complete daily reports with date-stamped photos using the CoreFix application
- Maintain as-built markups of contract drawings
- Coordinate regularly with the Resident Engineer and Project Manager
- Attend pre-construction, progress, and final inspection meetings
