About The Position
Patriot Engineering and Environmental is seeking to hire Senior and Entry Level Construction Inspection Engineering Technicians to join their team in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves performing various tests and observations on construction materials such as soil, reinforcing steel, concrete, and asphalt in the field. The position also requires documenting and reporting test results, with basic MS Excel experience needed. Entry-level candidates require no prior experience as training will be provided. The pay rate for this position will be determined by experience and relevant certifications like ACI, ICC, and OSHA.
Requirements
- Basic experience with MS Excel is required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Weekend availability based on business needs is required.
- Must be willing to travel.
Nice To Haves
- ACI, ICC Certifications are preferred.
- Experience performing CME field work.
- Construction experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform tests and observations in the field on soil, reinforcing steel, concrete, and asphalt.
- Document and report test results.
- Assist in the lab as needed.
