About The Position

This role involves working as a Construction-Heavy Maintenance Crew Member, primarily focused on using heavy equipment for digging ditches and manually installing equipment. The job also includes working with concrete, including framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing. Travel to job sites is required, which may involve overnights. Maintaining positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors is essential for ensuring a timely flow of supplies, materials, and sub-contractor work. A strong emphasis is placed on adhering to all safe work practices and maintaining safe housekeeping standards, including daily job cleanup.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 75 –100 lbs when necessary during the course of performing their necessary duties
Work outside during all types of weather
Work under time constraints efficiently
Ability to work well with others
Follow all company procedures

Nice To Haves

Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity is a plus
Installer certifications in the product line are a plus
Equipment operation experience is a plus
