About The Position

As the company is growing rapidly, they are looking for driven individuals to join their expanding team. This role is for a Construction General Laborer / Pre-Apprentice, with no prior experience required as training and tools are provided. The position offers the potential to transition into their highly regarded Apprenticeship Program.

Requirements

High School diploma or HSED (required for apprenticeship)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic and attendance
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers

Nice To Haves

Sheet Metal experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assisting Sheet Metal Journeymen and Apprentices in daily job duties, both in shop and on jobsites.
Assembling and fabricating flashing, panels, and ductwork.
Cleaning and daily maintenance of shop and jobsite.
Daily usage of power tools and hand tools.
Installing exterior sheet metal on new construction builds.
Assist with building maintenance.
Cutting, measuring, bending, and assembling sheet metal.
Assist in shop fabrication process and in the field installations at job sites.
