About The Position

This position maintains the cleanliness of the construction site and completes minor punch-out tasks under the supervision of the construction management team. Duties include keeping the job site clean, performing yard work such as watering grass and pulling weeds, and completing minor warranty, framing, painting, sheetrock, carpentry, and similar tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to work at multiple locations.
• At least one year of relevant construction assistant experience.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Organizational skills.
• Time-management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Initiative.
• Flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete assigned minor punch-out tasks involving warranty work, framing, painting, sheetrock, carpentry, and similar work.
