About The Position
The Construction General Labor position maintains construction-site cleanliness and completes minor punch-out work under the supervision of the construction management team. The role includes maintaining the job site, performing yard duties, and completing minor tasks related to warranty work, framing, painting, sheetrock, carpentry, and similar work as assigned.
Requirements
- Current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Reliable transportation to work at multiple locations.
- A minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
- Perform yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
- Complete minor punch-out tasks related to warranty work, framing, painting, sheetrock, carpentry, and similar work as assigned.
