About The Position

As a Foreman on the Telecom Underground team at Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC, you will lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines, and you will be a key point of contact for property owners regarding the work being performed. This position offers a pathway to opportunity with hands-on training, a supportive environment, and a commitment to a safety-first culture.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• At least three years of related work experience

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
