About The Position

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead commercial fencing installation crews throughout the Savannah area. This is an opportunity for a skilled fence installer who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You'll oversee a small installation crew, help keep projects on schedule, maintain high-quality workmanship, and play an important role in developing less-experienced team members. Requirements

• Commercial fence installation experience required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving trucks and towing trailers
• Ability to read a tape measure, layouts, and construction plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and safety-minded
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round
• Must successfully pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Foreman, Crew Leader, Lead Installer, or Supervisor preferred
• CDL is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a 2–3 person commercial fence installation crew
• Organize daily work activities and coordinate job-site priorities
• Keep installation projects on schedule and communicate progress as needed
• Install a variety of commercial fencing, including chain link, wood, vinyl/PVC, aluminum, and ornamental fencing
• Read layouts and construction plans to accurately complete installations
• Set posts, pour concrete, install rails, gates, hardware, and other fencing components
• Safely operate trucks, trailers, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and project specifications are met
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Train, coach, and support crew members
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and company leadership
• Help troubleshoot job-site challenges and find practical solutions
