About The Position
Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead commercial fencing installation crews throughout the Savannah area. This is an opportunity for a skilled fence installer who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You'll oversee a small installation crew, help keep projects on schedule, maintain high-quality workmanship, and play an important role in developing less-experienced team members. Requirements
- Commercial fence installation experience required
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Crew Leader, Lead Installer, or Supervisor preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable driving trucks and towing trailers
- Ability to read a tape measure, layouts, and construction plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and safety-minded
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round
- Must successfully pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- CDL is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a 2–3 person commercial fence installation crew
- Organize daily work activities and coordinate job-site priorities
- Keep installation projects on schedule and communicate progress as needed
- Install a variety of commercial fencing, including chain link, wood, vinyl/PVC, aluminum, and ornamental fencing
- Read layouts and construction plans to accurately complete installations
- Set posts, pour concrete, install rails, gates, hardware, and other fencing components
- Safely operate trucks, trailers, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and project specifications are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Train, coach, and support crew members
- Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and company leadership
- Help troubleshoot job-site challenges and find practical solutions
