Requirements

2+ years of construction field operations experience
Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
General technology knowledge
Excellent organization and time management
Ability to think quickly and adapt in the field
Proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors
Valid driver's license & dependable transportation required

Construction or home improvement experience preferred
