Requirements

2 + years of construction field operations experience.
Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods.
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
General technology knowledge.
Excellent organization and time management.
Ability to think quickly and adapt in the field.
Proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors while delivering win-win solutions.
Valid driver's license & dependable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Oversee the installation of premium patio enclosures and replacement windows.
Lead installation crews to success.
Manage installation crews while ensuring top-quality workmanship on every project.
Deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations.
Keep projects on schedule according to GDI budgeting timelines.
Develop winning teams by apprenticing installers and qualifying subcontractors.
Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations.
