Requirements

Strong leadership & communication skills
Construction or home improvement experience preferred
Ability to manage installation crews while ensuring top-quality workmanship on every project.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
Valid driver's license & dependable transportation required
2 + years of construction field operations experience
Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods
The ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
General technology knowledge
Excellent organization and time management
The ability to think quickly and adapt in the field
A proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills
The ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors while delivering win-win solutions every time.

Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations.
