Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent work experience of at least five years.
  • Travel as needed.
  • 5 years Project Management - security industry (preferred) or new construction experience.

Nice To Haves

  • CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager)
  • PMI PMP (Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional)
  • Certifications preferred or ability to acquire certification within 6 months of employment in the position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead moderately complex security projects that generally have been assigned a medium to high corporate priority.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project management, security system setup, project scope definition, risk identification, security project methodology, prioritization, and facilitation.
  • Maintain control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer expectations/satisfaction at all times.
  • Present to management and/or customers on project updates, security project cycle, and encouraged results.
  • May manage vendor relationships throughout the security installation.
  • Ensure projects are closed on time and within scope.
