Requirements

Five plus years of construction and project experience
Knowledge of construction processes and the ability to identify and diagnose quality issues
Ability to complete hands-on tasks or minor repairs when needed (drywall, paint, trim, etc.)
Proficiency operating current computer programs
Goal-oriented, flexible, and able to function as an integral part of a team
Strong organizational and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and co-workers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comprehension, reasoning, and decision-making skills
Valid driver's license
Must be able to move and transport objects up to 50 pounds and position self to complete required tasks

Nice To Haves

A bachelor's or associate degree in construction management or equivalent is a plus
Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections using CapVest's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), making educated corrections where needed
Post daily logs in Buildertrend to document progress and quality
Oversee and complete punch lists for projects nearing close-out
Complete tenant work orders while projects are still under construction department warranty
Help uphold site safety and compliance with OSHA and company standards
Maintain a clean, organized job site
Review project schedules
Manage and complete tasks
Conduct daily safety inspections
