About The Position

SERVPRO of San Francisco, West Oakland, Stockton is currently seeking a Construction Field Coordinator in our Bay Area location, who will also assist in the Central Valley. This position offers the opportunity to partner with an elite team of Project Managers, providing support while receiving a valuable education in Project Management. The Field Coordinator will spend a significant portion of their day on job sites, procuring permits, delivering materials, and expanding their knowledge base through various project-related tasks. The company is seeking self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented teammates to join them in their mission of helping customers in their greatest moments of need by repairing and restoring homes and businesses with an industry-leading level of service.

Requirements

Previous experience in the construction industry – work or education
Basic understanding of structural materials
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Clean Driving Record

Responsibilities

Learn & utilize supporting technology – Docusketch, Encircle, Matterport, etc.
Learn & utilize proprietary Servpro systems
Attend preliminary walkthroughs with Project Manager
Perform inspections to gather information for Construction Estimators
Assist in collecting documentation, deposits, and samples
Transport materials as requested
Visit various cities to pull project permits
Assist in coordinating vendors – temp toilets, fencing, security, etc.
Possibly become the point person to aid client material selection
Other tasks as assigned by Management – responsibilities will grow as experience evolves.
