This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced Construction Estimator to join their team with a robust compensation and benefits package.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in estimating landscape installation, landscape construction, or landscape irrigation projects
- Experience providing customer service to landscape, irrigation, or construction customers
- Proficiency with computer software programs, including MS Office Suite, and comfort with learning new technology
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or Construction Management
- Proficiency in On-Screen Take-Off and ProCore
Responsibilities
- Gathering, calculating, and compiling take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates
- Preparing estimates
- Maintaining current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractors
- Utilizing standard estimate computer software to present information to management
- Following the sales process through estimation to completion, conducting follow-ups with clients as needed
- Other duties as assigned
