About The Position
What you will be doing: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects Perform accurate quantity take-offs Analyze project budgets and manage cost-related data Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers Evaluate project feasibility and financial accuracy Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely delivery of estimates
Requirements
- Strong experience in construction estimating and quantity take-offs
- Solid understanding of cost management and project budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in commercial or light industrial construction is a plus
