About The Position

H.O. Penn Machinery is seeking experienced Shop & Road Mechanics for their location in the Bronx, NY. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing heavy construction equipment, with a preference for CAT experience. The position requires computer proficiency for diagnostic software and service communications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to plan and efficiently complete assigned tasks while meeting labor repair guidelines. A CDL license is preferred.

Requirements

Experience in troubleshooting and repair of Heavy Construction Equipment, CAT preferred
Must be computer proficient to be able to run diagnostic software and prepare service communication
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems, meet or exceed labor repair guidelines, possesses the ability to plan and efficiently complete assigned tasks
CDL License preferred
