This role ensures accountability and execution of policies, processes, procedures, and standards for Turns and Renovations. The position involves leading construction teams within defined market areas, working with leadership to execute strategic company goals and initiatives, and ensuring consistent business requirements are met. The Construction Director will supervise the construction group, set goals, and hold team members and vendors accountable for results.
