Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience with AI agents and automations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with construction industry data and workflows is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports to support business objectives across multiple departments.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and inefficiencies and translate them into data-driven and automated solutions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks.
  • Support the implementation of data governance and best practices within the district.
  • Stay current with emerging tools and technologies to continuously improve data analytics capabilities.
