About The Position

Henkels & McCoy West is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join their Power team in Auburn, CA. This role provides administrative and functional support for program operations, including interacting with personnel, clients, and subcontractors to collect project deliverables. The Construction Coordinator will maintain a project database, schedule and track jobs, facilitate work order scheduling, update databases, communicate with customers and agencies, and resolve operational issues. Requirements

  • Proficiency with PC computers and MS Office suite software.
  • Experience with learning technical applications required.
  • Able to travel required.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills-- both written and verbal.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with client interfacing desired.
  • BS/BA Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and functional support for program operations.
  • Interact with H&M personnel, clients, and subcontractors for the collection of all project deliverables.
  • Maintain a project database containing all deliverables tracking information.
  • Schedule and track jobs.
  • Facilitate the process for work order scheduling.
  • Update customer and internal databases.
  • Communicate with customers and agencies.
  • Resolve issues identified by operations.
  • Manage the flow of assigned projects from start to finish.
  • Work with team members to ensure that internal/external customers' expectations are met.
  • Provide administrative office support as needed.
  • Submit, track and provide status on construction permitting.
  • Update Click Schedule and Internal Work Order System.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules.
  • Assist in scheduling of outages, no parks, customer contacts, and permitting as required.
  • Assist in the development process for project tracking.
