About The Position

The Construction Civil Team Member maintains, repairs, and improves plant facilities while supporting safe and efficient operations. The role involves construction and carpentry work, operating and maintaining power tools and construction equipment, requisitioning tools and supplies, and operating heavy equipment. The position calls for flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed and for a proactive approach to safety, teamwork, communication, and task completion.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Follow safe work practices.
Perform carpentry work, including layout, forming, blueprint reading, drywall installation, finish carpentry, door and cabinet installation, and painting.
Safely operate and maintain power tools and construction equipment.
