Requirements

2 years of carpentry or construction experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Ability to read and use measurement tools accurately.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to lift 50 -75 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Ability to work in manufacturing facilities, outdoor construction sites, and non-conditioned environments.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to and willingness to travel for extended periods to active project sites as required.

Responsibilities

Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and material requirements.
Construct and assemble wood and metal framing for modular components.
Install doors, cabinetry, frames, subfloor, flooring, drywall, paneling, ceiling grid/tile, wall accessories, hardware, or wall protection.
Use measurement tools to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand and power tools.
Remove damaged or defective parts/sections of structures and repair or replace.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Inspect finished projects to ensure quality standards are met.
Travel to active construction sites as required to support installation, repair, warranty, and project completion activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
