About The Position
Canfield Buildings in Waukesha, WI is looking to hire a full-time Construction Carpenter to work with our high-performing team and help with cutting and assembling materials for our new construction builds. This full-time carpentry position earns a competitive wage of $28-$30/hour. We provide top-notch benefits, including an IRA match, holidays, vacations, Merit incentive, and Safety incentive. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction carpentry required.
- Basic skills when using hand tools.
- Basic math skills.
- Understanding of building drawings.
- Enjoy working with others on a team.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and details without sacrificing accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Cutting and assembling carpentry materials for each job.
- Operating equipment such as skid-steer loaders, all-terrain forklifts, scissors lifts, electric tools, and air tools.
