About The Position

We’re hiring a Construction Carpenter who can confidently handle residential and light commercial projects from start to finish. This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone who shows up prepared, works efficiently, and maintains high standards without being micromanaged. This position is based out of our Woodinville office: 21220 87th AVE SE Woodinville, WA 98072. Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Possible on-call opportunities as well. This position offers $28 an hour, plus uncapped bonuses.

Requirements

3+ years of carpentry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying site conditions

Nice To Haves

Carpet installation experience

Responsibilities

Framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry
Cabinet and fixture installation
Painting
Flooring (LVP, sheet, carpet not required but preferred)
Minor structural repairs
Job site setup and cleanup
Communicating clearly with project managers and team members
Maintaining quality control and safety standard
