About The Position

The Construction Assistant position will assist superintendents by performing work that requires minimal experience or specialized skills. This is a Seasonal Temporary Part-Time role with varying work hours, typically Monday-Friday. The role involves preparing homes for walk-throughs and inspections, assisting with inventory management and progress checks, opening and closing homes, and performing other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs+
• Must speak and understand English
• Must be able to follow directions closely
• Must have a valid, active DL
• Must be able to drive and provide transportation to and from job sites
• Must be able to work 8 -16 hours per week on average

Responsibilities

• Prepares homes for walk-throughs
• Assists with preparing for inspections
• Assists with inventory management
• Performs check-ins on inventory progress
• Assists with opening and closing homes
• Miscellaneous work that management assigns
