Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience
- Must have knowledge of the following: Drywall repair, finishing, and painting; Cabinetry and moldings; Light electrical and plumbing; Flooring installation
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
- Knowledge of construction and remodeling trades, procedures, materials, specifications, and safety
- Must have a valid drivers' license
- Must be dependable, possess strong time management skills, enjoy overtime, have a good driving record, and be able to pass a background screening.
Responsibilities
- Perform various aspects of remodeling work including framing, trim, rot repair, crown and base molding, cabinetry installation and repair, flooring installation, tile work, and drywall and painting.
- Some on-call hours for emergency services may be needed.
- Various reconstruction tasks involving electric, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.
- Follow all safety procedures on the job site
- Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed
