About The Position
Sentry is seeking a motivated Construction Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to start a career in construction. You’ll work alongside experienced crews and gain hands-on experience across a variety of jobsite tasks.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist crews in the execution of general construction tasks
- Load, unload materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Support skilled trades as needed (carpentry, framing, etc.)
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform basic labor duties as directed by supervisors
