About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced construction and industrial equipment Service Technician to join the growing team at our Jessup, MD location. If you are looking for a unique experience working for an industry leading dealership and rental organization, we want to speak with you! Our shop mechanics play a vital role in the dealer/customer relationship, ranging from equipment prep/set-up to advanced diagnostic and repair. Ongoing paid training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training. Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment. Some on-call responsibilities may apply. Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month. Best Line Equipment has paid on-line and factory training benefits as well.

Requirements

Strong communication skills

Computer skills
Strong electrical and mechanical abilities
Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.

Responsibilities
