Construction and Facility Project Manager
About The Position
One of Nordic Investin’s partner companies is looking for a Construction and Facility Project Manager. This role involves managing design, permits, procurement, construction, and handover for a facility upgrade in an active operational setting. The primary focus is on keeping safety, operations, contractors, and costs aligned while protecting business continuity and ensuring clear responsibilities between internal and external parties. Projects are evaluated based on operational outcomes, benefit ownership, and the quality of decisions made. The role requires establishing a practical delivery rhythm, ensuring concise preparation, explicit dependencies, and clear decision recording. Escalations should present options and consequences. The position demands recognizing and communicating risk early, offering practical alternatives, and demonstrating broad judgment and follow-through.
Requirements
- Experience leading facility, construction or installation projects.
- Strong schedule, cost and contractor management capability.
- Understanding of safety and regulatory responsibilities.
- Ability to coordinate technical and operational stakeholders.
- Structured risk, change and documentation practices.
- Professional Swedish and English.
