The Construction Administrator manages subcontractor’s insurances, waivers, liens and collaborates with the Accounting Department, Project team, Risk Management, and Legal teams to identify potential risks on incompliance vendor. In addition, the Administrator is responsible for ensuring that contract requirements are met prior to releasing vendor payment and facilitates submissions of required documents and inquiries from subcontractors, including sub-tiers.
