About The Position

Revi Construction is seeking a highly organized, experienced, and motivated Construction Administrator to oversee the administrative, operational, financial, and business development functions of the company. This role is responsible for helping run the day-to-day business operations of the construction division while ensuring projects, teams, budgets, and processes stay on track. The ideal candidate will report to the President of the company and must have a strong understanding of residential and commercial construction processes, project coordination, budgeting, team leadership, and client relationship management. This individual will work closely with company leadership and field personnel, including the General Contractor and Superintendents, to support successful project execution from planning through completion while also helping identify and pursue growth opportunities for the business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a results-driven construction leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and demands excellence in execution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in construction administration, construction operations, project management, business development, or a related leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction processes.
  • Experience with budgeting, job costing, and tracking financial performance against project and company goals.
  • Experience managing or coordinating teams in a construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, contracts, scopes of work, and project schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software systems is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to pass drug screening, background screening, and all onboarding requirements.
  • Able to manage teams, hold people accountable, and keep projects and operations moving forward.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Understands budgets, job costing, and the importance of meeting financial targets.
  • Able to anticipate issues, make sound decisions, and keep projects on track.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with field teams, leadership, clients, and vendors.
  • Handles responsibilities with integrity, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • 5+ years of experience in construction and development is preferred.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills—able to operate at both field and executive levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • A Florida General Contractor’s license and/or project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administrative and operational functions of the construction business.
  • Coordinate projects from pre-construction through post construction, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, job costs, and financial performance to ensure budgetary goals and company metrics are achieved.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
  • Manage and help lead the construction team, including coordination with the General Contractor, Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Assist with project setup, documentation, contracts, permits, change orders, invoicing, and closeout processes.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records related to projects, expenses, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead and mentor internal construction teams, project managers, and field personnel.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal team members regarding project status and operational needs.
  • Review project progress and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost control, and workflow.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress standards are met.
  • Support compliance with building codes, permitting requirements, safety standards, insurance requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Assist with planning and zoning matters, permitting processes, and coordination with local municipalities, when needed.
  • Help develop and implement systems, processes, and procedures that improve overall business operations.
  • Support business development efforts, including building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, assisting with proposals and bids, and contributing to the continued growth of the company.
  • Identify and execute new development and construction opportunities to expand the portfolio.
  • Represent the company professionally with customers, community partners, vendors, and prospective clients.
