About The Position

Gateway is hiring a Construction Administrator to use their organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to support construction operations in pursuit of our goal of adding 100,000 residential & business passings per year.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience or combination of associate/technical degree and at least two (2) years of experience
  • Detail orientated with an eye for data discrepancies.
  • Proven ability to interact and effectively communicate with all members of the organization and outside partners.
  • Self-starter with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability for accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • The desire to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial organization.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or any combination of the two for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Track construction progress compared to established build plans.
  • Manage weekly construction billings/invoicing utilizing the Collector reporting process.
  • Manage damage claim billing - gather, research, and analyze data to identify and bill at-fault parties for damage sustained to Gateway Fiber facilities.
  • Communicate with damagers: answering requests for back up documentation and responding to denials.
  • Track payments for damage claims and follow up on unpaid claims.
  • Manage customer construction issues or inquiries to resolution using the current ticketing system.
  • Support Construction team with project close-outs and other special projects.
