The Construction Admin Assistant will perform on-site observations to ensure work conforms with Contract Documents, maintain detailed activity logs for each project, and respond to contractor requests for information by providing interpretations of Contract Documents with the Project Team's assistance. The role also involves assisting in the preparation of supplemental instructions and attending construction meetings to report and document proceedings. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Office and Construction Management Software, comfortable with new technologies, and skilled in using Bluebeam for digital documentation and communication. This position requires a collaborative individual who can take direction, work independently, adapt to changing directives, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
