The Consortium Coordinator will lead the consortium project by coordinating activities and timelines across all partner organizations to ensure project goals for the Healthy Start Initiative program are met. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all consortium partners, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment on project objectives. The coordinator will represent the consortium to community partners and other relevant parties, providing updates on project progress and advocating for the consortium's interests. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the project's monitoring and evaluation framework, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring data quality to assess project impact. The coordinator will produce regular reports for community partners, including progress updates and key findings from monitoring and evaluation activities. Fostering a collaborative environment among consortium partners, encouraging knowledge sharing, and identifying opportunities for synergy between different organizations is also a key responsibility.
