About The Position

This position is responsible for leading the consolidation of North America Supply Chain Management (SCM) financials, including Logistics, FCAT (Fiat Chrysler Automotive Transportation), and IRF (Inter-Regional Flow), and reporting their status and value for actuals, forecast, budget, and business plan against targets. The role also controls General & Administrative (G&A) related activities, encompassing monthly actuals, forecasting, and budgeting, and involves preparing and consolidating monthly manpower schedules for Supply Chain Senior Leadership. Key aspects include providing process improvement recommendations for efficiency and accuracy in financial consolidation, coordinating monthly deliverables with the North America Supply Chain Finance team, and performing data reconciliation, analysis, and financial reviews with stakeholders. The supervisor will actively participate in the annual budgeting process for NA SCM and engage in Business Plan development, serving as a liaison between Supply Chain Operations and Finance. Additional duties include performing month-end close entries, analysis, and reporting for North America SCM G&A, maintaining DOA approvals, managing PSAP invoice and requisition workflow, coordinating monthly reclass impact, and consolidating cash flow forecasting. The role also involves supporting month-end close requirements, reconciling group actuals, managing monthly risk & opportunity assessments, developing pertinent financial reports and analysis based on customer needs, and supporting work rationalization and automation projects within the FP&A and SCM Finance team. Ad-hoc reporting for all levels of management is also required. The position offers learning opportunities in financial processes, SCM activities, system skills (PSAP, Essbase, OneStream), and prepares individuals for senior analyst and manager roles within the finance organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data, summarize data and draw conclusions
  • Basic proficiency in SAP or other large-scale ERP software
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic proficiency and understanding in OneStream, HFM or other financial consolidation software

Responsibilities

  • Lead the consolidation of North America Supply Chain Management (SCM) financials, inclusive of Logistics, FCAT (Fiat Chrysler Automotive Transportation), and IRF (Inter-Regional Flow). Report the status and value for actuals, forecast, budget and business plan against targets
  • Control General & Administrative (G&A) related activities, including monthly actuals, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as prepare monthly manpower schedules, and consolidate for Supply Chain Senior Leadership
  • Provide process improvement recommendations for continuous enhancements in the areas of efficiency and accuracy for all related Financial Consolidation activities
  • Planning and coordinating various monthly deliverables with North America (NA) Supply Chain Finance team
  • Reconcile data, report analysis, and perform financial reviews with various stakeholders
  • Actively participate in the annual budgeting process for NA Supply Chain Management including Logistics, FCAT, and IRF
  • Engage in Business Plan development to support FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis); be liaison between Supply Chain Operations and Finance
  • Perform month end close entries, analysis, and reporting for North America SCM G&A
  • Maintain DOA approvals, PSAP invoice and requisition workflow for SCM
  • Coordinate and consolidate monthly reclass impact for SCM
