About The Position

Bish’s RV is seeking a Consignment Inventory Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand. The specialist will monitor inventory, analyze data for improvements, manage the procurement process, and develop inventory control procedures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to driving operational improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain management
Strong understanding of inventory management processes and best practices
Experience with procurement and vendor management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that maximize efficiency and profitability
Ensure that the right amount of inventory is on the ground at the right time to meet customer demand
Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments based on sales trends and market conditions
Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and systems to optimize inventory levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational improvements
