About The Position

CAA-Québec is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a maternity leave replacement of approximately 14 months. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Rigor and attention to detail in task execution and file follow-up.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach, oriented towards customer service and results.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an asset.
  • Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) or eligible to become one, is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Accompany managers in their recruitment needs and advise them at each stage of the staffing process.
  • Coordinate and carry out the various stages of the recruitment process, from posting positions to presenting candidates to managers.
  • Source candidates using various recruitment channels, including social media, job platforms, and candidate databases.
  • Screen applications, conduct first-level interviews, and follow up on required assessments.
  • Participate in talent attraction initiatives and contribute to the employer brand's visibility.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to build talent pools that meet the organization's current and future needs.
  • Assess candidate fit with job requirements as well as with the organization's culture and values.
  • Ensure a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
