About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for a Business Architecture Advisor with solid experience in their area of expertise to contribute to structuring technological projects for public and private organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business architecture or strategic analysis.
  • Proficiency in business architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Experience in process modeling (BPMN, ArchiMate).
  • Knowledge of project portfolio management tools.
  • Ability to align business needs and technological solutions.
  • Leadership and strategic vision.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Synthetic thinking and methodological rigor.
  • Excellent French communication and writing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • TOGAF, Zachman Framework certifications (an asset).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Define a business architecture aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT and technology architects to ensure overall consistency.
  • Produce architecture models (process mapping, information flow).
  • Evaluate the impact of organizational changes on information systems.
  • Participate in defining transformation roadmaps.
  • Document business architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices in business architecture.
