About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for a Business Intelligence Advisor with solid experience in their field of expertise to contribute to structuring technological projects for public and private organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, management, statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, including 2 years in BI
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data warehouses
• Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Talend, Informatica)
• Understanding of data governance issues
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented
• Excellent communication and data visualization skills
• Rigor and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification
• Tableau Desktop Specialist certification

Responsibilities

• Analyze business intelligence needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Design and implement dashboards and analytical reports (Power BI, Tableau)
• Collaborate with business teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in data modeling and BI system integration
• Automate data collection and processing
• Document processes and implemented solutions
• Train users on business intelligence tools
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards
