Ce que ce poste implique :
Joignez-vous à l'équipe d'Évaluation et gestion des risques chez JLL à titre de Conseiller(ère) principal et jouez un rôle central dans la réalisation d'analyses immobilières complètes qui soutiennent les décisions d'investissement stratégiques de nos clients. Dans ce poste, vous préparerez des rapports d'évaluation complets, effectuerez des recherches de marché approfondies et élaborerez des projections de flux de trésorerie tout en collaborant avec les membres seniors de l'équipe. Vous développerez des relations précieuses tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur de JLL pour soutenir le développement des affaires et la croissance de la ligne de service. Ce rôle offre l'opportunité d'élargir votre expertise en immobilier commercial tout en contribuant directement à des projets de conseil à fort impact dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif.
Senior Consultant, Valuation and Risk Advisory – JLL
What this job involves:
Join JLL's Valuation and Risk Advisory team as a Senior Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive real estate analyses that drive strategic investment decisions for our clients. In this position, you will prepare complete valuation reports, conduct in-depth market research, and develop cash flow projections while working alongside senior team members. You'll build valuable relationships both within JLL and externally to support business development and service line growth. This role offers the opportunity to expand your expertise in commercial real estate while contributing directly to high-impact advisory projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Formation postsecondaire en commerce, économie, administration des affaires, économie urbaine, planification urbaine ou géographie urbaine
• Minimum de 5+ années d'expérience professionnelle à temps plein dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial
• Membre actif en règle de l'Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec ou de l’Institut canadien des évaluateurs
• Maîtrise démontrée de Microsoft Windows et de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ainsi que d'Adobe Acrobat
• Solide connaissance des thèmes clés ayant un impact sur les marchés de capitaux et l'immobilier d'investissement
• Excellentes compétences en communication verbale, écrite et interpersonnelle avec un grand souci du détail
• Capacité démontrée à s'adapter, prioriser et respecter les délais dans un environnement au rythme rapide
• Post-secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Economics, Urban Planning, or Urban Geography
• Minimum of 2+ years of full-time professional experience in the commercial real estate sector
• Active candidacy with AIC/OEAQ (Appraisal Institute of Canada/Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec) at minimum; professional designation is an asset
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Préparer tous les aspects des rapports d'évaluation en assurant l'exactitude, l'exhaustivité et le respect des normes professionnelles
• Mener des recherches et collecter des données à partir de ressources internes et externes pour soutenir le processus d'évaluation et l'analyse de marché
• Collaborer étroitement avec les membres seniors de l'équipe pour créer, éditer et préparer des études de marché, des projections de flux de trésorerie et des rapports d'évaluation
• Développer et maintenir des relations à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de JLL pour soutenir les initiatives de développement des affaires et stimuler la croissance de la ligne de service
• Améliorer continuellement vos compétences techniques et votre connaissance du marché grâce à la participation à des conférences, à l'apprentissage en ligne et à des opportunités de développement professionnel
• Répondre rapidement aux demandes des parties prenantes avec un sens de l'urgence tout en maintenant la confidentialité et en exerçant un bon jugement
• Prendre des initiatives sur les projets et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et de création de valeur
• Prepare all aspects of valuation reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards
• Conduct research and collect data from internal and external resources to support the valuation process and market analysis
• Collaborate closely with senior team members to create, edit, and prepare market studies, cash flow projections, and valuation reports
• Develop and maintain relationships inside and outside JLL to support business development initiatives and drive service line growth
• Continuously enhance your technical skills and market knowledge through participation in conferences, online learning, and professional development opportunities
• Respond rapidly to stakeholder requests with a sense of urgency while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment
• Take initiative on projects and identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation
