About The Position

Coordinates the guest experience and hospitality environments of Bay Presbyterian Church, focusing on the feel of a Sunday morning from a visitor's first arrival through their integration as a connected member of the congregation. This role manages the New Member class process and the connections pathway that moves people from first visit to belonging. The coordinator administers the TeamUp church calendar, serving as the operational hub for event sequencing and calendar coordination with ministry staff and the Ministry Leadership Team. For all-church events and major worship services, they collaborate with Bradi Newlove (aesthetic direction) and Beth See (graphics and displays) to deliver a cohesive Sunday environment. Additionally, the role oversees the BPC Member Directory, serves as staff support for the Text in Church communication platform, and manages Ministry-side ownership of Church Community Builder (CCB), acting as the project owner for any transition to Planning Center.
