The ConnectedLiving Activities Manager at The Village at Orchard Ridge is responsible for leading engaging programs, exciting events, and wellness-focused experiences for residents. Requirements

A passion for creating meaningful experiences for older adults.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and events.
Knowledge of senior living, wellness programming, recreation, or resident engagement services.
A commitment to service excellence and person-centered care.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver exceptional programming that enhances the resident experience in partnership with the department Director.
Lead a dedicated team responsible for developing engaging events, wellness initiatives, educational programs, outings, celebrations, and recreational activities that reflect the interests and needs of residents.
Provide strong leadership through coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talented team members and volunteers.
Build relationships, foster accountability, and create a positive workplace culture for the ConnectedLiving team.
