Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar role—ideally in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative, energetic, and resident-focused approach
  • Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation

Responsibilities

  • Bring smiles and fulfillment to residents by planning and facilitating a variety of social, recreational, and wellness activities.
  • Use your imagination to develop innovative programs that reflect residents’ interests and passions.
