Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar role—ideally in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative, energetic, and resident-focused approach
  • Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run fun, meaningful events tailored to residents’ interests
  • Work with a supportive team to create an inclusive, uplifting atmosphere
