About The Position

Connect Allen County aims to streamline access to essential services and resources for youth and families by building a collaborative network of onsite and offsite organizations. The Connect Allen County Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, ensuring seamless coordination and partnership effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Human Services field required.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance coverage.
• Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of experience in Marketing, Human Services, and Grant Writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee marketing efforts, including the development and distribution of materials, outreach events, and presentations.
• Write, manage, and report on grants and funding streams to sustain and enhance the programs capacity.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility, conduct internal audits, and manage budgets.
• Develop and manage partnerships, support and maintain an advisory council, and participate in relevant conferences and meetings.
• Supervise staff, interns, and volunteers; oversee daily operations, including the on-site pantry and communication with building management; provide training and ensure adherence to policies.
• Collect and report service data, follow strategic plans and quality improvement procedures, and make adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
• Maintain availability to respond to all staff inquiries, including during evening hours, and be prepared to travel to other Bowen Health locations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
