Akerman is seeking a full-time Conflicts Manager. This exempt position is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of the Conflicts Department. The Conflicts Manager is accountable for meeting performance metrics, workflow efficiency, process design and improvement, ongoing audit of procedures, and employee training and development. This role leads and supervises all Conflicts and Administrative Team employees and partners closely with firm leadership to ensure timely and compliant conflict clearance consistent with professional and ethical standards. The Conflicts Manager reports to the Senior Director of Conflicts & Intake Services. The position may be in-office, remote, or hybrid, based on firm needs.
